Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Website Development
Most website projects are completed within an estimated timeframe provided during onboarding. Project timelines may vary depending on:
- Client response times

Delays caused by the client may extend project completion dates.
Ownership of Website Assets
Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices:
- The client owns website content provided by the client.
- The client owns images supplied by the client.
- The client owns their domain name if registered under their account.
Beauty Web Retail retains ownership of:
- Proprietary software
- Custom frameworks
- Internal systems
- Licensing systems
- Website templates developed by Beauty Web Retail
- Custom applications developed and licensed by Beauty Web Retail
Any licensed software or subscription-based features remain the property of Beauty Web Retail unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Monthly Services & Billing
Hosting, maintenance, SEO, marketing, support plans, and subscription services are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
Payments are due on the billing date indicated on your invoice.
Failure to make payment may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Website restrictions
- Removal of premium features
- Account termination
Past-due balances may be subject to collection efforts.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel recurring services by providing at least thirty (30) days written notice.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to:
Any outstanding invoices must be paid before services are terminated.
Fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of website development, design work, digital services, and marketing services:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
